The workshop is intended to join together experts, researchers and students from different mathematical and applied areas, providing a basis for exchanging new ideas and results in the development of population dynamics and epidemics models. The main aim is to cover both theoretical and computational aspects and to encourage fruitful interactions between analysists, numerists and bio-mathematicians as well as to attract PhD students who want to start in this area.

The workshop will take place at CISM (International Centre for Mechanical Sciences).
